My handsome patient wanted to keep his natural look—just more refined. We used his own rib cartilage and DCF (diced cartilage fascia) to build a stronger bridge and support the tip. Septoplasty improved his breathing, and alarplasty reduced nostril width and flare for better balance. -

Extended spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, and tip refining grafts were used to project and reshape the patient\'s tip. Alar base modification was performed to subtly narrow and refine the nostrils.
